pantone connect freezes

Once you search for a color in Pantone Connect, switch back to working and then try to return to Pantone; it freezes the entire Pantone Connect space, preventing you from clicking anything or searching for another color.

    happening to me also, I work in a print environment and having to quit my illustrator every time I want to use pantone connect is begining to get very annoying as I work with pantone connect a lot with artwork.

    It wouldn't be a surprise when older plugins do not work with newer versions.

    You probably want to report this to Pantone as well.

    I'm having the same issue! Pantone Connect freezes when I open another file. I can't pick, look up, or convert at all, it freezes the entire extension. I've been having to quit and restart Illustrator every single time it freezes. It's so frustrating. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the extension but no fix. Wondering if it's a bug or glitch?
