quick pen is not present in V30

since i updated to v30.0 from 29.9 the quick pen is not present in the tool bar. I have uninstalled  and re installed but to no avail. Now even v29.9 is also not available to download

    Hello @G S ARORA yes it has been temporarily removed for some testing. It will be enabled in the next Beta release.

    30.5  does not have the quick pen tool ( shift + Q )  any status on that

    There is no plan to bring it back in the near future.
