Raster images not resizing proportionally when holding shift and dragging. Illustrator Beta 2025.

The latest update of Illustrator Beta 2025 is failing to proportionally resize bitmap images. Holding shift and dragging a corner of the image has no effect whatsoever and the image rescales freely. 

 

Im using MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1
