Regarding the scaling factor for Illustrator link files

A bug occurs where the scaling percentage for linked files in Illustrator is identical for both 72 dpi and 350 dpi images.

This issue persists not only in beta versions but also in CC 2024 through CC 2026.

This causes significant inconvenience when preparing print data, so we request an urgent fix.
