remove generative ai status from objects

There does not seem to be a way to remove the generative ai status from a generated object when completed with adjustments thrtough the use of the turntable function. The system slows down substantially when working with generative features and it would be optimal to be able to keep all of the work as is but not be editable in generative ai when complete.
