Text display in Illustrator documents

Hi,

I am having problems with text display in all documents with text. it displays all jumbled up - need to zoom in and out to see it normally. But it is Ok if I export as jpg files. Version 29.8. Windows 11. Microsoft Laptop 6

Hi Smriti,

Still having problems with text been jumbled in Illustrator betta version. "GPU Performance" is not clickable in my Performance . 

GPU details

Vendor: Microsoft

Device: Qualcomm(R) Adreno (TM) X1-85 GPU

Any other suggestions?

This seems to be a GPU rendering issue. Please try the following steps and report in case the problem persists:

 

  • Go to Edit > Preferences > Performance

  • Uncheck "GPU Performance"

  • Restart Illustrator and test the document again
