The AI feature is showing error. “Unable to connect to AI service. Please check your internet connection and try again”

Even when the internet is connected as you can see in the screenshot.

`C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Logs\Adobe Illustrator`

Hi Smriti. It may have been a network error on our organisation’s end as it’s now working on a residential network. Please provide the OSX location for logs and I can provide.
