turntable not working

when i got the liscence to use the adobe apps i was also able to use the turntable feature in illustrator beta, yet after a little bug reset. and a relogin i somehow cant use it, saying i dont have enough credits for it. or not the right plan to use it. and when i click for the option to fix it in illustrator it opens the website but automatically closes. and ive tried every way to fix this and it still doesnt work

    Hello ​@Electric_contributorf08b thank you for reporting this. Kindly help me with the following details for me to able to understand this better.

    • What Illustrator Beta version are you on?
    • What OS?
    • What exactly was the "bug reset"? Was it a preferences reset, a cache clear, an app reinstall, or something else?
    • Are they seeing a specific error message - "not enough credits" or "wrong plan"?
    • Are you able to use Turntable in the main application?
    • Have you checked your generative credits balance at adobe.com/account?
    • Are you signed into the same Adobe account you were using before the reset?
    • Is your Creative Cloud desktop app showing you as signed in correctly?
