When I turn off a Layer (click the eye) so it wont show up.

The images in the Layer are still showing up. It doesn't turn off the layer.

    Hello ​@DesireeNguyen thank you for reporting this. A few things to check: (1) Are the images possibly on a sublayer inside a different parent layer? (2) Does this happen in all files or a specific file? If file-specific, sharing the .ai file would be very helpful. (3) What Illustrator Beta version and OS are you on?

    Also, sharing a short video of the issue would be really helpful.
