photshop API Apply psd edits does not work now

Bug issue: API with layer edit cannot work properly suddenly today to edit the type='textLayer', 
https://developer.adobe.com/photoshop/photoshop-api-docs/api/#tag/Photoshop/operation/documentOperations

Error message like following:

Expected: it can be fixed as soon as possible, as we are paid user to use this service for our production environment.
