where can i report bug in Photoshop C++ SDK's code?

I found a buffer overrun risk in C++ SDK (PIutilities.cpp) code, but can I report it here?

at years before there is a forum to discuss the C++ SDK. but several years later now I can not find it. I donot know if it is appropriate to discuss it here. Can anyone have any suggestions?
