Reflection removal removed other elements, leaves the reflections.

I have an interesting case in which the reflection removal heuristic fails. This is an information plaque at the museum entry:

After the removal to my astonishment the algorithm removed the white labels, and left the top right side reflections completely unchanged:

    Why is this in “Cold Fusion”?  Adobe is hopeless in their labyrinth like hiding of “Report a bug” button, what should be a simple and obvious option : [Report a Problem]. Click ,  write your report.   My issue is with Lightroom, now called Lightroom Classic.  I have not clue why this ended up in something called “Cold Fusion”.
