Premiere on iPhone: questions, bugs, and missing pieces from first tests

I might be missing features or using things wrong. If these exist already, I’d love pointers.

Issues / questions

Captions unreliable on iPhone 13 mini
With iOS set to German and English speech in the clip, some words are correctly captioned in English, others are transcribed as German, some are missing. Expected: stable results in the selected caption language, independent of iOS language.
Is this a general thing or just my old phones fault.
Project sync between devices
A project saved on the iPhone doesn’t show up on my iPad with the same apple and adobe account. Is there a “Save to Cloud” option?
Handoff to Premiere Pro (desktop)
I read this may work via Beta, but I can’t find it on my desktop version. Is there an official “Open in Premiere Pro” or "open Mobile Project" flow I should use?
Export formats
Which codecs/containers/bitrates are actually available?
Transitions
Very limited set and few controls. The white flash transition animates oddly. Is there a way to tweak curves/intensity or add presets?
Adobe Stock search
When switching media type, the search term resets. Is there a setting to keep the query?
Masks / Mogrts
Are basic masks (soft edges, invert, tracking) available? Any support for .mogrt or a lightweight template system?
Audio track controls
Is there Mute/Solo per track?
