Store project in Adobe Cloud

I like the first steps in Premiere for mobile. Lots of features missing and a shame it's not up to Rush feature level yet.

One of the big features for me is to be able to store a project and associated clips in the Cloud (Adobe or even better my choice of service). That would allow multi device editing and ultimate flexibility.

Even better would be the option to then view the Premiere project in Express and bring that in like other assets. Tightening the workflow between Premiere and Express for on-the-go content creation would be fabulous.

Im sure you've already thought about this or hopefully are even working on it. Just my vote for this option.

Thanks so much for sharing your workflow. The scheduling feature is definitely a cool feature in Express.

As for sharing between devices, that’s absolutely something we’d love to support in the future. While we can’t commit to a specific timeline just yet, it’s definitely on our radar and something we’re actively thinking about.

Appreciate you taking the time to reach out — feel free to keep the feedback coming!

Hi Peter,

I was at a live event today and used Premiere mobile to edit some iPhone video clips for a fast social reel post. I shot the video on the iPhone and was editing but while ok, it just felt a little claustrophobic and really wanted to jump over to my iPad Pro to continue editing. I had the footage synced (via google photos) but of course no shared project so couldn't do that. I continued on the iPhone and saved out a finished video file which I then brought into Adobe Express to schedule. Since I 'found' Express a month or so ago, I've been using it extensively to create and schedule a couple of posts a day. It's been great.

My original thought was to be able to import the Premiere project into Express but having thought about it a bit more, I'm not sure how much that would add over just importing a finished video to then add titles and any other graphics that I have setup in Express in projects and templates. Some of that is available in Premiere but no where near as capable and of course doesn't have access to the files and brand elements etc.

I still want to use Premier to edit those videos as Express is absolutely awful in that respect, it's not an editor an can only do some simple trimming etc. so the combination is good.

Thanks for the feedback, Paul. We definitely see the value in storing projects and media in the cloud for multi-device editing and flexibility.

I’d love to hear more about how you’d envision integrating Express into your workflow. Are there specific features in Express that you find especially useful and would want to bring into Premiere?

Thanks!
