 Hi adobe team

This is my first time trying out Premiere Pro on my iPad. I really appreciate the powerful tools available, and I especially love the color grading options — they’re one of my favorite features.

However, I found Premiere Pro on the iPad a bit more complicated than I expected. The text, templates, and auto-caption fonts felt limited and not as smooth to work with. The layout also feels a bit restrictive at times.

There’s also a lack of things to use that would help me practice more effectively. Some essential features seem missing or harder to access on the iPad version, which limits what I can do.

I hope future updates can improve the iPad experience — especially around text tools, templates, and overall flexibility — so users like me can get more out of editing on the go.

Thank you for your continued work on the app.

best regards,

Mona

Hi Mona,

Thank you for your message and for giving Premiere a try — Happy to hear you’re enjoying the color grading tools! That’s one of our favorite areas too 🙂

We really appreciate your feedback about the text tools, templates, and overall layout feeling a bit limited or restrictive. To help us better understand your experience and improve the app, would you mind sharing a bit more detail?

  • Text tools: Were there specific formatting options or font styles you were hoping to use but couldn’t find?
  • Templates: Are you referring to motion graphics templates, caption styles, or something else? What kind of templates would be most helpful for your workflow?
  • Auto-caption fonts: Did the font feel hard to read, or was it more about the lack of customization?
  • Layout: Are there particular areas of the interface that felt cramped or unintuitive? Any suggestions on how we could make it feel more flexible?
  • Missing features: Which ones would make the biggest difference for you?

We’re always looking to make editing on the go more powerful and enjoyable. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience — we’re listening and working hard to make Premiere better with every update.

Cheers!
Peter
