The transition options between video clips is impressive. We need the same thing on titles and graphics, please.

Hey Peter – if the transition menu works on titles and graphics as you say, I am clearly doing something wrong.

    1. I select the title I want the transition on
    2. I choose the Transitions menu

    3. I choose intro or outro
    4. Choose the kind of transition I want
    5. Choose the duration of the transition (in this case, I wanted a one second dissolve.)

    6. Click the “X“ because that’s the only way I can get out of the dialogue box

And the transition does not take effect when I run it.

Interestingly, when I open the transitions dialogue box, the changes I wanted are still there; but they have no effect on the video play.

    Help a guy out?

That is new to me. I will look at this today today and follow up as soon as I have more info. Thanks for flagging this issue.

Hey @jchriscook1! Thanks for the kind words!

On titles and graphics: you can work with transitions there in a similar way. If you select a title or a graphic on the timeline, open the Transitions menu, from there you can apply intro or outro transitions/effects to that clip.

If what you have in mind is something different from that (for example a specific workflow from another app, or transitions that behave more like the between-clip options), we’d love to hear it.

Either way, thanks for the feedback and if there’s anything else you’d like to see we’d love to hear.

    Cheers!
