Upload Project Files Without Media

It would be great to have the option to upload just the project file without the video files.

Sometimes it’s faster for me to move the video files from my phone to my computer manually, rather than uploading several gigs of video through the cloud. If the Adobe Premiere mobile project could upload without the media attached, and then give me the option to relink the files later on desktop, that would make the workflow much quicker and easier.
