Add advanced options of Media Encoder's native MP3 (LAME) encoder

Like all Pro (LAME) MP3 encoder software:

Modes: VBR, CBR, ABR (8 to 320 kbps), Free Format (320 to 640 kbps).
Advanced options:

Frequency: As Source (AKA Auto), 8KHz to 48KHz.

Channel: Auto, Mono, Stereo (Auto), Joint Stereo, Forced Joint Stereo, Dual Channels, Forced Stereo.

Quality: -q 0 (Slowest, High Quality) to -q 9 (fastest, Low Quality).
