Batch Export pausing after each source waiting for user input-BUG

BUG: When exporting multiple files with different outputs, ME just pauses after each output for the source is finished. User needs to click Pause and then Play icons to continue on to the next source. Each source switch requires the user to manually Pause and Play to continue.

Please fix this batch export bug.
