Batch output location

Hi Fergus. I'm aware that feature is in Media Encoder, but it isn't reliable. If I select multiple files in the queue panel, change their output destination, many times only the first item is revised properly. Then, I have to change each one individually, or try a second time which may or may not work. A similar thing I experience is with naming. When I try to rename an item that automatically appends "_1" to an item I'd like to replace, Media Encoder will put the "_1" back against my will. That one happens so often I've gotten into the habit of deleting the item I'd like to replace before starting the render. I'm not sure if those issues are related.
