Folders in Preset Browser window

I would like to see the folder structure that you can create in the Preset Browser window to translate to your local drive as well.
Because everytime you re-install AME you lose the folders and groups you create in the Preset Browser window.
It would be more efficient to have your presets setup in folders the way you like at a local level, so when you open AME the Preset Browser window looks the same/has the same folder structure as on your local machine.
What Im asking for is currently how the User Presets panel work in AE.
