HEVC H.265 Main 10 422 encoding option needed

Media Encoder needs to add an h.625 encoding option for 422 10 bit. It's available in Davinci Resolve, shutter encoder, and handbrake - can't understand why it's not available with Adobe.

I use HEVC 422 10 as an archival render setting for projects where I need to preserve a compressed copy of the project files that are still usable without being so large. HEVC is perfect for that but Media encoder doesn't support Main 10 422 encoding. The current work flow options I have are shutter encoder - which is extremely slow - or Davinci - which is tedious.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who would benefit from this update as I've seen several posts asking similar questions with no resolution other that to refer to the other platforms that do it.   Media Encoder is missing an opportunity to fill a gap here.
