Media Encoder Fade In/Out Audio and Video

I would like to be abe to add fade in/out on Video and Audio tracks.  It's something I used regularly in Sorenson Squeeze and I would find it very useful in Media Encoder.

    Sorensen Squeeze.  Now there's an app that I have not heard mentioned in a long time.  Being able to add fades in Media Encoder is a good idea.  I voted for this.
