Navigation keyboard shortcuts

In the queue list (or any window, really):

• ability to use Page UP & Page DOWN to scroll through the list
• Use Home & End to jump to top  and bottom of list
• Use Arrow UP and DOWN to move through list incrementally 
• ability to select all and option-click twirl-arrows to collapse all the items innthe queu to hide or reveal settings (like you can do with bins in PremierePro)
