Hello friends, I use the media encoder daily and very frequently.

We exported several sequences from the premiere in queue and the suggestion is that it would be possible to add a feature to save the queue and its settings such as format, preset and output file.
Because a single project is used for each client with multiple sequences in it, we render the sequences in different formats for different outputs, and this feature would be very nice.

Every time the queue completes and we reopen the Media Encoder it is necessary to import the project and select the sequentially define the format of each one, preset and output.

When we repeat the same project, it works by resetting the status, but we use project bags with sequential variations daily, so we need to ignore the queue of the previous project (when there is a need to repeat the same project) and add the new one, resulting in that huge queue. and it ends up being disorganized.

 

The idea of ​​having a feature to save the liquidation project would be exactly practicality, organization and time, a feature to save the debut project or later, the format, preset and output file.

Thanks for your suggestion. I will file a feature request for this.

For now, you may want to try to reset the status of a finished job and change the preset and output file to clone a new job from a finished job.
