Support for AV1 and VP9

Adobe should add AV1 and VP9/WebM encode settings to media encoder.

    I appreciate vp9 may have issues.  AV1 on the other hand is open source and has hardware support baked into consumer devices.  Any news on that front?

      Please note that VP9 has a lot of legal implications. We likely won't support that format directly. Look out for third party tools.
