Update about Trend Micro Maximum Security related crashes

Windows users with Trend Micro Maximum Security repeatedly reported startup crashes that have been massively impacting AE and AME. We have managed to find a contact there, report the issue, and have now tested a fix they have pushed live into production.Their users should receive this as an auto-update.

Any user hitting a Win startup crash in AE/AME should still verify if he user has TM Maximum Security installed, and if so, then instruct the user to:
1, Open the application.
2. Go to the hamburger-ish dropdown menu in the upper right and select "About This Software".
3. This will initiate an update check.
4. If the software updates, see if the crash on launch is resolved subsequently.
5. If it is fully up to date, the crash is likely being caused by something else.
