vimeo upload link error

When using the Publish to Vimeo option, I get a resulting link that includes a colon rather than a slash (":" rather than "/"). See the screen shot attached. I'm blurring out a few numbers so that my video remains private.

If it matters, I'm signing in to a Vimeo + account, the privacy setting in the Media Encoder "Export Settings" window "Publish" tab is "Viewable by:" "Only Me".

I posted this issue before, but wasn't able to respond to customer service quickly enough so it must've been deleted. Thanks for fixing this!
