Not supporting ChromeOs?

With the new chromebook plus models and Photoshop being supported I'm surprised to see that the illustrator on the web isn't supporting chrome OS. Would be great to see since most newer Chromebooks support the minimum requirements stated

I am just updating as it was working fine before but now when I try and open illustrator on the same device it says it is unsupported. I opened photoshop on my other chrome OS device with 4 cores and it works fine and even on that device it says illustrator is unsupported and tells me to open it on Windows or Mac

In your software requirements chrome OS wasn't listed anywhere but I went
and have it a shot anyway with the chromebook I had handy (an n4500 with
4gb ram) and it ran just chugged at some points which I expect

To assist you better, we would appreciate it if you could provide more specific details regarding the issue you're experiencing with the Chromebook Plus model:

    • Could you describe the precise behavior you are encountering with the app?
    • Is the app failing to load entirely?
    • Are there any error messages displayed?
    • Is the app running slowly or with reduced performance?

Your additional information will enable us to offer the best possible assistance.
