text to vector on the web

I have an Acer Nitro 5 laptop with an i7 processor and 32GB of RAM. However, when I launch the Illustrator Beta image-to-vector feature, my laptop crashes and the screen turns black, reminiscent of a Windows XP system in the 90s.

It would be beneficial if Adobe could offer the same features and capabilities on the web as it does in its desktop-installed products.
