audio download from projects

I agree when I use this feature to listen to the recording of transcription for meeting minutes at a conference it cuts off every other word making the whole thing useless it doesn’t enhance anything… my guess is that is on purpose so that you upgrade but honestly I subscribed to this because it was supposed to have that feature… I think I'm going to switch back to my old software

I would agree the transcript available on the page is formatted in a legible format and when you export it it comes out in garbage…. all smashed together making it difficult to read an would require massive amounts of time to go and fix it adding the paragraph separations.  I used to be able to copy and paste it into word and it would keep the formatting but you went and disabled my ability to do that.

Additionally the sound on the uploaded recording is worse on your app then on my phone and your speech enhancement is GARBAGE but I see that you charge an upgrade for that …. so what is the point of your App if there is no flexibility in its use?

I can't download the finished project. I will cancel my paid subscription.
