Hi Both! Thanks for your replies - I have the following installed: Adobe Acrobat Reader Adobe Edge Code CC Adobe Flash Player Adobe Photoshop Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Do I need to remove all of these? Many thanks, Steph

Hi Bani, Thanks for your reply - that is great thank you! Only problem I have now is after I try to install ( after inputting serial number ) I get an install error 'Inconsistency in the installer database. Please restart your computer and install again.'. I have restarted twice and it hasn't made a difference? Many thanks, Steph

Hi All, I need some advice please! I am trying to re-download adobe fireworks CS5 onto a new computer as it was on my laptop but that went up in smoke (literally). I have the serial number for it but I just can't find it to download? I know adobe discontinued but for what I need it is great. Also as I can't access the laptop to remove the software will that cause any issues? Can someone help please? Thanks, Steph
