The error is reproducible on the slides where the accordion widget is used. Specifically, it has been observed on slide numbers 26, 38, 44, 77, 90, 98, 108, 116, and 124. To confirm the behavior, we created a test project in Captivate 12.5 using the accordion widget and then upgraded it to Captivate 12.6. The same issue occurred, indicating that the problem is specific to the accordion widget in 12.6. Other widgets are unaffected. We have logged this issue with our engineering team under Bug No: CAP-4206343. Meanwhile, You could follow the below mentioned Workarounds: 1. Delete and re-add the accordion widgets directly in Captivate 12.6 on the affected slides. This should resolve the issue. 2. I was able to get them on the phone and they opened a ticket after doing a screen share.  I’m not exactly what number I called but you can try:  800-833-6687     If that doesn’t work I’d try finding a phone number via the virtual assistant. Yesterday I was working on the final actions in a project that has 150 slides and almost no graphics. Everything crawled to a halt and it sometimes took up to 10 seconds (usually 3 - 5) simply for the done button to light up blue so I could attempt to save my actions. Thanks for catching that in the cptx file, you're right that screen shot was the one instance where I accidently did that, but I'm getting the same error with the published files.  Sending new screen shot to correct this post.
