After I updated to OSX Mojave, my Photoshop CS5 immediately quit working. Any time I launched it, whether through opening a file or from the Applications folder, it would load and then crash about 15 seconds later. I tried the Settings & Privacy --> Accessibility fix linked above and it made no difference. Finally, I saw somewhere else to try this sequence which fixed my problem. 1. Restart your mac 2. Launch Photoshop while holding down the Shift + Control + Command + Option keys. The program has to be launched from the applications folder, not the dock or a shortcut. 3. When you launch the program holding down those 4 keys, it will ask you if you want to delete the settings for the application. I clicked "yes" and Photoshop CS5 launched and has been working fine ever since. Hopefully this can help someone who is having the same problem as me. I was really frustrated that the program didn't work when I needed it, but am glad that this fixed the problem.
