Hi @Thorsten_dev, This is great news that it was developed by you. You can try to rebuild it with the latest Illustrator SDK. If you still get this error, you can try to put a breakpoint in the Startup Message and see which suite it is not able to acquire. Thanks, Sanjay.

Hi @Artem Danilov , You can still use Illustrator with this card, but you will get a system compatibility warning since this card is old. You can suppress this warning via preferences. uncheck General > Show system compatibility issues at startup. Sanjay.

Hi @Raya5E2E , You have "Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620" card which is a bit old and hence Ai is detecting it as incompatible. If you are not able to upgrade the card, then you can suppress this warning via preferences. click the "continue with known issues..." Text and then unchecking General > "show system compatibility issues at startup" in the preferences. Sanjay.

Hi @sarahruthtoday , We started informing users with 25.2 update if they had an old driver or card as we had observed random issues with older card or drivers. So it is recommended to have a better card and latest drivers. We have seen that experience improves a lot after updating driver or upgrading the card if the card was very old for folks who had issues with older driver or older cards. Sanjay.

HI @Bonnie15C3 , Intel HD Graphics 4600 are a bit old and even if the driver is the latest, it will still be reported as incompatible. You can download the latest driver for NVIDIA GTX 750 from https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/170886/en-us. But since the Intel card is old, you will still get the warning. And you can't upgrade the card/hardware, you can suppress the System Compatibility Warning via preferences. Sanjay.

Hi @Denis5C7C , NVIDIA has stopped releasing new updates of the driver for your Card as it seems a bit old. The last release is from Jan 2018. If you are not able to upgrade to a new card, then you can suppress the System compatibility warning from the preferences in the General Section. It would continue to run as in earlier versions of Ai. But now you know that you have an old card that may have some issues. Sanjay.

Hi @J.E.5C20 , Your current Intel driver version is 23.20.16.4973. Even though a later driver would be available at https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/98909/Intel-HD-Graphics-630, but Illustrator would still treat this as incompatible as your card/hardware seems to be old. Though you should update the driver, you will still get the incompatibility warning. It is recommended to upgrade the hardware, but if you want to continue working, as in earlier version of Ai, you can suppress the warning from the preferences. Hi @intrcvrt , With update 25.2 of Illustrator, we have started to warn users about the graphics drivers which are known to have some issues so that illustrator works correctly. It does not do anything else apart from warning the user and users are suggested to update the driver instead of ignoring the warning from preferences if they can. It is advised to suppress it from preferences only if you have a very old card/hardware and you don't plan to upgrade. Sanjay.
