Installing adobe acrobat pro XI on a new computer but getting a message that a "qualifying" product is not installed.  Adobe acrobat pro XI is installed on my computer but is not listed as a qualified product from the drop down.  The message  says that mu serial number is valid, but no qualified product is downloaded. ???? ...
