I have an EVGA FTW3 1080 Ti card. The project derives from Premiere Pro or AE and the card load is 0%, the processor load is 100%. In the settings, the map is visible and stands CUDA mode but why does not it work?

It is possible that you have a weakling CPU, especially if that level of CPU and GPU usage is with a good amount of GPU-accelerated effects.

Maybe you don't have any CUDA accelerated effects.

Have you tried different video drivers?
