$3000 budget for laptop. Which one to get?

For After Effects:

• Get the fastest core clock speed you can get.
• Get as much RAM as you can (16 GB is okay, but 32 GB would be better).
• Get two SSDs (the fastest you can get).
• Get a decent, dedicated GPU. If you plan to use Element 3d, Zaxwerks 3d Invigorator, Red Giant Universe, Red Giant Magic Bullet Suite, or other third-party plugins that render on the GPU, get a great GPU.

You'll notice that Apple doesn't make a machine that fits this at all, so it'll be a Windows machine.

I guess the one that does the job best? sorry, you have to be more specific what models you are actually eyeing. Nobody here is hoing to  do your homework for you and filter out some useful models out of possible candidates. There are simply to many manufacturers/ vendors.
