Adobe Elements shuts whole computer down when running off footage

Question

ive been trying to run off some footage for about a week now and every time it gets half way the whole computer shuts down. It’s not over heated I’ve already checked

could there be some kind of fault? It’s quite important I get this footage off as soon as possible. I need it on Saturday...
