Adobe Premiere Pro and Nvidia GTX1070 Compatibility?

I am in the process of upgrading to a new computer and will be doing video editing. The computer configuration I am looking to purchase has Nvidia GTX 1070. I would like to know if there are any compatibility issues with the card and Adobe Premiere. Internet discussions suggest there are issues, but I cannot determine if the issues have been resolved or not. Please include GTX 960 in your response. I do not want to buy a superior more expensive video card if a lower priced one will be adequate. Please help. Thanks.

i actually have the issue with my new laptop - GTX 1070

Cuda is selectable but GPU acceleration does not work ever.

tired all workarounds you can find online, none worked so far.

can someone confirm the card ist not supported?

    Thanks Ann.

I checked the dropdown list in the Hardware forum - there is a link to the system requirements for Adobe Premiere Pro. It would seem that at the present time that GTX1070 is not compatible with Adobe Premiere Pro (I stand corrected). I will check periodically as I expect this to be temporary.

I would suggest my question be removed or tagged as answered.

    Thanks again.

The list has not been updated for quite a while.
