Adobe Premiere Pro Hardware Acceleration on Intel HD4000 Graphics 1024mb

Hi,

I am thinking about getting a used macbook pro with an Intel HD4000 Graphics with 1024mb memory. I was wondering if it will support hardware acceleration during editing and rendering with Media Encoder. As far as I know onboard graphics dont support hardware acceleration in Premiere.     Hi Dreamsfusion,

    Yes, as I understand it. basic Hardware Acceleration should be enabled for that setup: Intel Quick Sync Video - Wikipedia

    Looks like HEVC is not supported until later versions of that CPU, though.
