Adobe Premiere Pro Rig Need Help

I need help setting up my Premiere rig I'm going from Avid to Premiere and would like to use as much of my stuff as I can.

Current setup

Mac Pro 2013 Daul D500.

Samsung 40 LCD

Two Samsung SyncMasters 2433

JVC 24-INCH PROFESSIONAL STUDIO MONITOR DT-V24L1D

Mackie 1604-VLX3

KRK 5 Speakers

So this system is currently running Avid Media Composer but a Premiere project is in the wings and want to get it set up and going.

Concerns.

Video:

Will not connect the three Samsungs via thunderbolt and HDMI?

What and how to connect the JVC?

Audio:

Have Audio out and in via mac in/out to Mackie but look like I have sync issues to the 40" Samsung?
