Hi,

I want to buy a laptop that makes it possible to me to uses Premiere Pro fastly enough to produce my 4k videos for my online english classes youtube channel. My videos will have no complex special effects or anything like that. Just me speaking in front of a chroma key and some powerpoint videos.

My budget is 1000 to 1300 euros. Aprox 1100 to 1400 dollars. Could someone be so kind to advise me on processor, Ram, graphics card?

Thanks in advance,

Francis

If you're going online, 4K videos may be complete overkill. They are four times larger than HD. (Though you might use 4K to have detail you can throw away). Your budget is at odds with your aim, I suspect, especially if 4K and chroma key are in the mix. Also - from my point of view - using high end video tools on a laptop screen is too painful to imagine. Of course, you can plug in big monitors to a laptop, but that is an extra budget item. Or maybe you have one already.

I don't use a laptop (I built my own desktop computer) but reading here may help
