Alienware M17 RTX 2060 hardware encoding unavailable on Premier Pro 2021.

Previously I had the feature available and was aboe to use it.
After some time it just got disabled!
Not sure if I did something wrong or the support is now gone (highly unlikely)
Please help in restoring it
