Amd 1950X long render time

Hi all,

I have a computer with amd 1950X graphics GTX1080 and 64GB of ram.

I have the graphics drivers updated to the latest "studio / creative"

I have problems with rendering time, it takes a long time, adobe media encoder ......

I just have some videos in h264 to 1080P with high bitrate and I have to pass them to several formats of videos always with the codec H264 at low bitrate.

What happens is that the CPU only reaches 50% or 70% and the GPU 5-10% ... i have CUDA selected ....

Does anyone know the problem and the solution?
