AMD Radeon Pro 560X vs AMD Radeon Pro Vega 20

I am purchasing a new Macbook Pro and I had a few questions regarding graphics card and Mac Metal. My options are either going with the AMD Radeon Pro 560X or AMD Radeon Pro Vega 20.

I saw on the list of recommended cards the AMD Radeon Pro 560 is listed. Is that different from the AMD Radeon Pro 560X? And would the AMD Radeon Pro 560X still be compatible?

Also how much more significant is the performance from the AMD Radeon Pro Vega 20 compared to the AMD Radeon Pro 560X? And is it worth the extra money?

      I have the same question. Looking at MacBookPros which seem to be identical except that one has the Pro Vega 20 card and the other has the 560X one. About $500 more for the one with the Pro Vega card. I wonder if it is worth it.
