Any hack to make AMD FirePro W4190M work?

I have a laptop with a AMD FirePro W4190M which is not supported by Premiere/Media Encoder - strangely the W4170M is.

Is there any hack that can make the W4190M work for rendering?

There is no hack for this. The currently available drivers for the W4190M are not supported for MPE GPU acceleration. The only solution is to wait for a future driver release for that GPU.

Oh

Is it possible to approximately estimate how much time I'm losing by not using the AMD graphic card when encoding h.264 in Full HD with a i7-7500U CPU (2,7 GHz, 90% load) and Intel HD Graphics 620 (60% load)? At the moment I need two hours to encode one hour of video.

If you deduct that from the time it usually takes to export an hour of video you have your answer.
