Are my planned PC components good enough to edit Complex Mogrt Files in Premiere Pro?

I would be editing complex Mogrt files (Motion Graphics template files) in Premiere Pro. Here is an example - Mogrt File Example

So , I am building a new PC and here are my component:

1)CPU - i9 12900k

2)GPU - 4060ti 16gb GPU

3)Mobo - Msi Pro Z790-A Max Wifi motherboard

4)Ram - G.Skill RAM 64 GB (2×32GB) 6000Mhz, CL 30

5)Storage - 2 sticks of Samsung 980 Pro 1TB NVME SSD ( 1 SSD's for OS, media storage, application and other SSD's for media cache)

6)Cooler - Artic Liquid Freezer III 360 AIO Liquid Cooler

7)PSU - Corsair 850W 80+Gold Fully Modular PSU

My questions is -

Are these components good to edit complex mogrt files and if not can you all suggest any other components such that real time playback of video, speed of rendering and exporting of the video improves while editing videos in premiere pro. I would be mostly editing mogrt - motion graphics template files in premiere pro?

The biggest problem in the component choice is that RTX 4060 Ti 16 GB. It is much weaker in performance than an RTX 4070 SUPER (which currently costs only slightly more money than that RTX 4060 TI) despite the 4070 SUPER's mere 12 GB of VRAM.

And although I have an RTX 4070 Ti (12 GB) myself, it is not worth its current street price as the better-performing RTX 4070 Ti SUPER (16 GB) costs just a little more.

So, as it currently stands, your planned build is too weak on the GPU for the CPU that you're putting in it.

If you are editing MOGRTs won't you also be using After Effects?.

Not sure if this is just for personal use or business, but if you are doing this commercially I would have looked at the 4070Ti instead which has had good reviews I believe.

The best GPU you can afford .... the better to help save rendering time..

I would have also looked at a 24 core CPU, the Intel 13900K is on offer in some places now the 14900K is around.

You have a Liquid Cooler listed which I think is a must for those CPU's as they get rather warm.
