Best Laptop for Premiere Pro CC 2018

I've been having some problems with editing on Premiere on my macbook pro. I'm thinking of switching to another laptop.

I like this one:

I would get the Full HD model. Do you think this is a good choice?

Does anyone have any suggestions for a better laptop to edit on?
