Best Laptop value for Premier Pro 2020

Looking at a getting a laptop at best value and would love some input. Projects will be in 4K and 15mins in length. I definitely want to stay under $2K. Looking at MSI Prestige 15.6" Laptop - 10th Gen Intel Core i7-10710U - GeForce GTX 1650 Max Q - 4K -32GB RAM and trying to determine if delta of more $ vs going with a 16GB RAM System. Looking to move fast. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the response JohnTSmith. Was looking for some input that was a little more current as that post was from 2017 and a lot has changed in PP & laptops since. I have read a lot of material and most of it is not current and the reason that I added 2020 in my question. Thanks again.
